Great food, good wine, being in the company of great friends and living life to the fullest, is really what life is all about! Travelling and experiencing the different foods and wines of the world is one of my passions. I can honestly say that I love all food! There are really only two things I will not eat.....tripe and cherries! Yes, fresh cherries....I know, it's odd. :-)

My love for food has existed since I was a small child. I distinctly remember helping my mom prepare everything from scratch, and we would use our creativity to make original mouth-watering meals for our family and friends.

Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be in the food industry. My passion for food and love of wine are what brought me to register for classes in the field of Culinary Arts. Soon after graduating, I was introduced to the world of "food styling". Approximately 10 years ago, I started out as an assistant at The Shopping Channel in Toronto, Ontario. I quickly found that the art of food styling was very fascinating, and thoroughly enjoyed being able to use my knowledge of food and creativity to spotlight food at its best. It was then that I decided to pursue food styling as a career.

Over the years, I have built up a clientele, located both in Canada and the USA, and have also become the food stylist for most of the food-related shows at The Shopping Channel in Toronto. I have been the lead food stylist for cooking shows, infomercials, and a published cookbook.

Working as a food stylist has also given me the opportunity to expose my skills as a leader. I have a fantastic team that works with me, whom I have had the pleasure of training, and who have developed the same diligence as I do when it comes to food styling
I am fluent in both English and Italian and have a good knowledge of French and Spanish.
